1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of photographs created by Ysaline Gillart. Purchasing a photo implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Rights and Use

• Purchasing a photo does not transfer intellectual property rights.

• The photo is for personal and private use only.

• It is prohibited to:

  • Resell, transfer, or rent the photo

  • Use it for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes

  • Publish it online or on social media without written permission

3. Modifications

• Any modification or retouching of the photo for commercial purposes is prohibited.

• Permitted personal use includes printing for private use or displaying at home.

4. Payment

• The right to use the photo takes effect after full payment.

• Prices are indicated in € and payable by credit card.

5. Warranties and Responsibilities

• The photographer guarantees the originality of the photos.

• The buyer is solely responsible for how the photo is used.

6. Applicable Law

• These terms are governed by Belgian law.

• Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
